Another one to add to the map is the Rare mob, Ossium. A Naga, that spawned between the entrance to Castle Cormanthor and the nearest shrines.

Actually, now I see it, and that means it can spawn in different locations.

That's what I've got so far. PurpleSerpent has all the rare locations, I just have to actually see them to place the last few, and I'm missing journals 2, 3, 12, and 13.
Dude. Ain't no other way to say it: you freakin rock!

What triggers the Temple of Shaundakul? I've run all around that triangle, inside and out, and it's still thumbing it's stones at me.

Earth Elemental to add to your Map, Name is Rubblebreaker the Elder Earth Elemental

lx592 ly478 - West of the Graveyard across the bridge in the mountainous area

Earth Elemental
That's another one that spawned in a different location... The one thing I'm starting to wonder, was the map made in Heroic, or Legendary? That might make a difference for some things.

Also, I was having a hard time finding Journal 1 at the location on the map, just found it at x565 y404, in Legendary.

all the locations on the map are accurate for legendary, so you might be right about some of the heroic locations being different. that wound explain why people are reporting different locations.

I always enjoy your work. I will point out that Journal #1 is down the road north of where it is designated on the map.
