The antique bronze tokens are for purchasing wilderness named items.
Storm is a raid specific item.
To purchase it, you need Sands Runes, which only drop from the epic version of the raid.
Sands Runes are not traded at a vendor. You have them in your inventory and you double click on them to bring up a barter window.

The good news is that you only need to run the pre-raid (Against the Demon Queen) once. Then you can repeat Zawabi’s every three days.
We used to have to do ADQ too every time we ran Zawabi’s. It was awful.
Please note that you must flag for the raid (and pre-raid, ADQ) by doing the three main pre-quests and turning in the special items from each to the Genie up above there. Read wiki for more details if needed.

Once upon a time we had to run all flagging quests each time we wanted to do the raid. Oh... what a pain it was...

Run it only on epic.
The heroic version of Storm drops in both heroic and epic raid. You can only get the epic Storm by upgrading a heroic Storm.
If you run the raid on epic you can both be lucky and get Storm in the chest, and you get raid runes so you can eventually buy a Storm with runes if it does not drop for you.
On epic you also get greater tokens of the twelve.

Storm is worth building a life around. Did so 3 times at least. Just get 1 and use it in heroic and upgrade it when you hit epic.
Any decent caster or ranged toon at32 can solo DQ. Though you might want to ask a buddy along to prevent any accidents. She can hit hard when she goes on rampage.

That is the plan.
I can always just use a Barovian Xbow for heroics, HC is super easy. Early epic lvls are rough, tough.

Unless it's your 20th, then run it on heroic. Epic 20th you only get tomes and desert crystals. If your 20th run is heroic, you get a list of raid base items to choose from.

Those were the days. It is also the reason why you get the phylarchy from Wiz King in your inventory even if you don't loot it.
