Mantle of Sound and Fury

Damage from this seems really low. It's Character Level (1d6+6) with 100% sonic spell power or 200% melee power scaling. I see about 700 from it every 10 seconds. Compared to primal mantle which has the same character level(1d6+6) scaling but with just spell power can see 2000-3000 hits. Something seems off.

I have 280 melee power and probably 300 sonic spellpower.

it doesnt crit is one problem. it procs every 10 seconds vs other mantle 5 sec is another problem. only 1 of its upgrade is useful is another problem. 180 temp hp at 32 is comically bad is another problem

Compared to primal mantle

It's important to bare in mind that primal's mantle is single target damage and fatesinger's is AoE.

I think the 10 second vs the 6 seconds is the cost of it being AOE. It has the same wording for scaling as other mantles yet the numbers do not match the other mantles or is even close.
