so what I don't quite understand about the shrines is why the monsters construct them in the dungeons, quests for Players Characters to use them...but the monsters, NPCs don't use them? or who put them there? well, suppose some questions are better left unanswered....

AFAIK unfortunately not automatically when Daily Gold Rolls are in-effect I track it and make a note in the Character Bio what time did the roll silver dice rolls didn't really bother to do it
