God damn secret door DC required to complete a quest. It's one thing to hide optional stuff behind secret door DC, it's another to hide mandatory stuff. Hope whoever cooked up such a mechanic has a horrible day. I mean, I hope their car breaks down and its piss pouring out, and the tow truck doesn't arrive for like...five hours.

Can we get Group Bardic Inspiration? Please?

Update. Our little group have finished their 3rd lives (doing reaper 1 or 2 which is a big change for us--I even have 10 reaper pts!) and now we start new classes at level one!. I have been a Paladin for all three lives so now have +30% positive healing Amp & I took 'Ancient Blessings' three times too so should have +45% healing Amp next life!

So I have to pick a new class, complete the reincarnation, and get ready to play bye tomorrow! The group decided not to coordinate character choices in advance so everyone will pick something they just want to play and surprise everyone tomorrow! For Reaper Borderlands at level 1 --skull count to be determined! Ha ha, it will be fun!

My friends played a Fighter and Bard for the three lives each so all I know is that they will not play those classes and I won't play Pally. I dunno what I want to play but will decide here in a few hours--then go twink out gear-wise a first level!

Otherwise, we are enjoying the game in our own bumbling way (for example the high level content is pretty much brand new to us). Our permideath rules pretty much now are "try not to die" with these 3rd life characerters, oh well. I do not PUG at all anymore though--even for festivales anymore. I did love PUGing on the old HC servers though. Sigh, when HardCore Seasons died its own permideath, I stopped having much of a reason to read forums (and my friends do not read it at all). The HC 'fresh start' effect --no guilds, no loot, no nothing-- does not seem to replicate with any other event if that makes sense. For example, what little I know about the current 'Fey' festival failed to capture my attention & my friends have zero interest in learning about it (except to wonder if the useless new 'fey' descriptor on all the loot will go away at some point).

Gosh, I'm rambling! Minor quibbles aside, I am still paying for VIP so that says something it itself! Hope everyone is having fun in their own way!

Now which class should I play.....
