Unfortunately, it does not seem the PRR bonus was fixed with Update 58. Hopefully, the Dev Team will take a look and have a fix at later patch.

Currently, when one of the group members is death, you will see a flashing skull in the group member's HP bar. Would it be possible to make the flashing skull to turn green color when it is ready for raise? This way, member can be raised and it will make healers' life easier; especially in raids.
