How did you get them to remove the block? In the chat box they specifically said that I cannot appeal and they wouldn't tell me anything else. Is there a phone number to call?

If I start a new account, that would mean all my characters and everything else would be gone, right? Or, if not gone, they would still be on an account that can never buy any points or be a VIP. Would SSG transfer them all to a new account? I don't see how that would work.
