After level 29, my characters usually don't bother with arrows, bolts or quivers. They just conjure them up from the raid weapon, be it Void or the upgraded Hallowed Splinter. Unlimited ammunition.

I think all the items is now based on a raid loot vs artifact or minor artifact vs regular loot table increase of attributes. So, by level 40, we could have powerful items like those. Be careful what you wished for as the devs are known for doing "corrupt a wish" style wishes. We might end...
