I haven't had anything TOO valuable fall beyond reach yet, but one of these days I know it's coming...

The worst is festival chests making quests ucompletable by blocking moving platforms

No Refunds crest sockets being blocked by the wainscoting was always super egregious to me

I learned to begrudgingly ignore it in the Necropolis because it's so prevalent & it's always been that way. But when it happens in brand new content too...facepalm.

This particular item fell behind scaffolding in (*reworked) An Explosive Situation. I tried to get back there for 5 minutes..
