Precision is almost always a better choice than power attack so I suggest have power attack increase the damage of active attacks by 10%. Maybe add enhancements, feats, or epic destinies that improve this with another 10% here and there.

A simple change to make divine healing worth using, have it scale with imbue dice.

Have AC provide temporary HP equal to it's value and have it refresh when out of combat. It'll help mitigate some damage as it's meant to even if you can't reach 500+ AC.
