Aasimar Stoneskin Face Bug is back

Back in U45 there was the following bugfix:

• Aasimars with Stoneskin active will no longer have their faces displaying incorrectly.

I encountered this bug yesterday on a fellow party member (I personally have such VFX off for myself). No idea how long it's been since the bug resurfaced.

Despite the patch note, I don't think it was ever actually fixed.
