bank/tr cache gone after transfer

So i probably should have cleared my tr cache before i transferred one of my characters. Anyway, i just went to the bank and tr cache is gone and i have nothing in my bank.
I was mia for a long time and just came back last night. Only paid to transfer one of my characters.

but is the tr cache and banked stuff a lost cause or can i get it back

The following things will not transfer with your character:

• Items in your True Reincarnation Cache

You can open a ticket and hope they can do something. But the TR cache is on the list of things that don't move, so it's very possible it poofed into the void with nothing they can do.
