bought "Vecna Unleashed Standard Edition" but don't have it

I've bought "Vecna Unleashed Standard Edition" for 18.99Euro for the account "tisto79" (order id 2448755684). I wasn't in the game, but when I've entered it I can't play Vecna or have/use the Machrotechnic epic destiny. I've already done 3-4 enter-quit the game, but nothing.
Please, how can I have what I've bought and payed?

you need to go to the fate spinner and go to the ed area and claim it
