I am having an issue with renewing my DDO subscription and need some assistance.
When my account went to renew, it declined because the credit card on file was no longer valid.
When I tried to add a new credit card to the account I received a message that the card was declined.
Note that I was not buying anything, just added a card, I also tried different cards with the same result.
I then tried to just purchase the DDO Subscription with my credit card without added it, but it also came up with the same message.
I called my credit card company and they said there was nothing they could do since there was no charges received by them.
I contact DDO support and was told there is nothing that they could do to correct the issue.
I have been a DDO subscriber for 18 years and now it looks like I will not be able to continue, nor will I be able to purchase anything in the future.
Any help would be appreciated.
