there is multiple bugs with legendary alchemical shields. First off, the shields have the wrong armor class. they all have an armor class of 20, even the tower shield. the buckler is correct, the small shield should have +22 AC, the large +27 AC, and the tower +30 AC (to match other level 29 raid shields). The shields should also have 19-20 3x crit range/multi to be like other shields of the level. In addition, the legendary stone prison (t1 earth) does not function at all, mainhand or shield bash. none of the procs work on mainhand, whether it be the alchemical attunements, the lightning strike, etc. This is a bug because all these effects proc on mainhand on the orb/rune arm as well as dino bone, so there is no reason it shouldn't work on shields. I think these fixes are fair because this is a raid item and it should be viable considering how expensive it is to craft.

not sure if this is a bug, but all tiers of the crafting require a stabilizing compound. other sharn crafting requires either both a stabilizing and caustic or one of the other. I think it would make more sense for the weapons and shields to have stabilizing t1, caustic t2, then stabilizing or castic t3 depending on the element chosen

Shields & Armors lack standardization. IMO it' one of the projects/issues the devs should resolve sooner rather than later, cause the work compounds with each release.

Basically almost all modern (2015+) items are all over the place in terms of:
- Shield damage dice & weightedness
- Shield AC
- Shield DR
- Shield crit profiles
- Armor AC
- Armor MDB

Please standardize the curve for all these aspects, and then place all shields/armors on it (with intentional exceptions wherever you see fit obviously).
