The closest thing to a black version of that armor in the game that I can think of is the Dark Leaf Heavy Armor with Spiked Plate that you can get in the DDO store. Barring this, there's a chance a lootgen armor could have the color you are looking for, in which case you'd need a Mirror of Glamering from the DDO store to create a cosmetic with.
The level 12 cleric hireling Flagon Moren wears the Dark Leaf armor if you want to see what it looks like in game.

Many older named items have their segments scattered about in lootgen generation. Also, they get different colors as a result in lootgen. So if you want to find that armor and have a lot of plat to spare, buy up a ton of that armor type off the AH and try th all on. You will be surprised as to what you will find.
