Magus the eclipse's Share the light bugged

Im having an issue with magus of the eclipse Mantle . Chill Aura (multi selector) damage works for my charecter BUT "Share the light" does not work at all !
Tested on:
-Tar summons from weapon
Epic summon from magus
Legendary werewolf summon from item
Niether of those summons apply the dmg from the mantle . ( even when their tooltip says they have the mantle )

is it working for anyone?

There have been other reports claiming it's bugged.

Yeah the only one that seems to work is the Primal mantle never got the Magus one to proc reliably.

The Primal mantle has its own bugs, which are not fixed as of yet:
The Primal Avatar: Shared Mantle doesn't seem to ever proc from the "Thorn Walker" (PA tier 5) stationary summon; it appears in its list of buffs, but it never actually procs. Unsure as to how widespread this issue is (if it affects all summons, if it affects all versions of the mantle, if it has to do with whether the hireling/summon is ranged/melee/spellcaster). Testing with a melee hireling showed the mantle triggering just fine.
