I put a ticket (289650) 10 months ago, but no fixes so far.
Moontouched gives +3 to fear spells.
Actually working on:
This is a very AP heavy SLA, so please, perhaps could you fix it in the ED rework. I put this information in the feedback post, but surely was drown by so many responses.

- Deep Gnome Phantasmal Killer SLA
