Old account password reset not working?

Have an old account. Got the player ID.

Logging in with old password, no dice.

So I click lost password.

It sends me to the https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com to login.

Ok I login, reset password via email.

Try to login to D&D Online
Says wrong password.

There is only 1 password reset on the Standing Stone games. There aren't separate ones for the games.

What am I missing here?

I had no luck with the automated system when I came back a couple years ago from a long break. Had to file a ticket and support manually reset my password; thankfully it was a fairly quick turnaround.
