Shadow Dragon Breath (Energy Vortex) casts Fire version instead

Looks like this got borked again:

What I know:

• The buff name says it is the fire version
• It is actually dealing fire damage instead of negative

What I don't know:

• Is this only for the energy vortex upgrade?
  • Does it happen to other elements?
• Or is this an issue with all the Shadow Dragon Breath strikes, regardless of upgrade chosen?

I already racked up huge ED reset costs before I noticed this issue, I can maybe do some testing tomorrow. If other people have noticed weird behavior with this epic strike using the wrong damage type, feel free to post the details here to help the devs triage.

Poison did poison when I tried it earlier. Fire did fire. And shadow does fire. I didn't try any others.

They really took a hatchet to those abilities. So much damage it seems more like a nutso serial killing rather than simply an adjustment.

can confirm Neg -> Fire, also only tested negative vortex

Yep, can confirm too that negative breath becomes fire vortex but other 2 upgrades (burst and damage boost) correctly preserve negative damage type
