Spatial Sound Bug

Ever since U59 I have had some sort of spatial or surround sound audio playing in my game. Personally I hate how it sounds but there doesn't seem to be a way to turn it off. I also had decreased audio quality but I fixed that by changing my Sound Playback settings. Don't even know how that got changed around. I've tried turning off spatial sound in windows but it doesn't change anything. This is also the only game that I have the problem in. Also made sure that it was turned off physically on my headset but it still wont go away.

Is anyone else having any audio issues this patch?

Yes. The room echo effect is more pronounced and sounds more distant and hollow. Volume is also reduced somewhat.
