the hotfix was supposed to fix i like pain, but it has never procced for me yet. do you like pain is proccing correctly, however

Confirmed, "I Like Pain" still doesn't proc for Dragon Lords after U66.0.2.
The rest of the line works as intended.

after further testing, i can say i like pain does work. however, the proc rate is so low that I think I get 1 proc every 4-6 hours of playing, at most once per day. so, uh... i think its a tad bugged. so far since the patch I've had it proc 3 times total lol
