Help me build an ultimate DPS Aasiar Scourge Ranger.
I am a racial and class completionist. I cant decide if it is better to go WIS to attack/Damage, or stick with DEX. Horizon Walker looks like it can be promising. At any rate, I dont play the game much these days, and need help building the best darn DPS Scourge there can be.
