Undead immunities not applying?

Noticed lately that when in Lich form I am able to be danced or poison damage applies. Pretty sure that wasn't the case until recently. Anyone else experiencing this?

Still immune on mine here (tested less than 30s ago from this post).

Are you certain you were still inside Undead form as it happened?

Yeah very sure. I'm a bit of an outlier as I'm bladeforged undead maybe that plays into it somehow.

Is the character also an Eldritch Knight invested character?

When logging i sometimes the undead turns off as does precise shot, check these when logging in, most if these active abilities i turn off then back on when logging in especially in hardcore.
