VIP status just broke - no access to bank, etc

My VIP account is still active - it even says "your current account" when I look at the VIP purchase options. But I can't use my shared bank, port to eveningstar, etc because i'm not VIP. No, I didn't cancel it, etc.

I purchased DDO points and within an hour or so, my VIP status failed. Please help.
