Vistani Knife Training and Whirlwind still not fixed

If you have Vistani Knife Training I enhancement and dual wielding two daggers the Whirlwind Attack animation is slow.

Not a whirlwind, more like a gentle breeze.

Dont use the Vistani Knife Training I if you are 2wf. It is jut the downward pointing daggers and makes all of your attacks much slower.
