What comes with VIP status?

I recently got a VIP subscription. Does VIP come with 32 point build new character generation? Also, do I have to get favor to have access to FVS?. I thought it will give me 32 point build if I am VIP but it is still 28 point build :(

So 32 point builds can be bought in store or earned by favour. 34 and 36 point builds come via TRs.

FVS is also bought in store or earned by favour.

Neither are auto-granted by VIP, though I suppose you could use your 500 DDO points per month from VIP towards those store purchases.

It's important to note that there is a built-in "feature" in the DDO Store that prevents you from ever purchasing something you (currently) have. So, once you have VIP, any race/class/quests that are included cannot be bought if they go on sale (so you have them if you ever drop VIP).
