issues when deciding your class

this is main question if u keep returning to game, we dont play classes we dont like, when you do return you like your class, i mgonna give you a clue,. your class is a extension of you, same as personality of you.. Do the tutorial on al classes before actualy playing. characters are like personalitys(divided) but it is your choice. and game itself give you a opportunity to try this out

I love playing warforged wizard, halforc barb and gnome rogue which therefore makes me...what?

maybe someone who thinks about what works in the game.

I've played hundreds of builds. 120+ past lives on my main...

I keep coming back to Monk.

I think all that means is I'm heavily caffeinated and have carpal tunnel in my hands.

Over the past year or so I have played bear druid, the barb, thf pally, thief acrobat, staff monk, stormsinger bard, favoured soul, assassin rogue, dark hunter twf ranger, dark apostate caster cleric, blight caster druid, acolyte warlock, dragon lord thf fighter...

OK, I tend to go for "hit stuff wif a big heavy object" (which is why I normally I say I always play a barbarian, my class icon is just bugged now and then), but I've played casters and twf as well.

This is a good thing for me personally. I like to try different stuff, keeps the game fresh for me.

Except ranged. I loathe ranged. Possibly because I suck at playing one

Artificer is my class of choice. It has a good range of options be it spells, ranged, or close combat. I"m pretty sure my partner is burned out on the game due to the constant "tchew-tchew-tchew" of repeaters while I play...
