I concur - it's almost like we are actually playing PnP - not knowing what to expect (but we actually know what the dungeons are) - I might put if further.. maybe move traps around and create new monsters or even new quests and release them on HC?

Not sure about the 6k favor - that's a bit much, but I would agree on easier to achieve rewards for newer less experienced players!

My guess.. that at the end of each quest's chest is a token (btc or bta) that will be turned in for a reward or rewards of our choosing, similar to the anniversary events. The leaderboard will show the people who accumulate the most tokens. This way like in P&P ALL group members must make it to...

This is actually promising. TBH HC is the only thing that I look forward to (other than rehashing old rewards). It reminds me of pen & paper. I like the mystery!
