Add 10 tokens of the twelve to E3BC saga reward

Right now tokens are in a bad place for TRing. They only drop from low epic level quests that you rarely run, outside of grinding tokens - so every life you're left ransacking BoB & LoD before you can actually reincarnate, after you've already leveled to 20

Putting 10 in 3BC would at least give you a different low epic path to TR that wasn't as repetitive

My wife and I LOVE running Colossal Crystals at epic during challenge bonus weekends to see how many tokens worth of mats we can get in one run.

Could also add drops of fragments in heroic lvl 17+ quests. That would be an enticement to run those quests rather than cap at lvl 16 ones.

I’m actually going to get my last class lives using iconics even though I have all those lives already since they use commendations/heart seeds instead. The leaves only class lives requiring tokens.
