There's usually a lvl 4 PVP tournament on Hardcore (or was it 6...?), and if there isn't this year, I'd like there to be!
Just wondering what no-brainer ideas you might have for a versatile lvl 4 PVP champion, and if you have any more interesting tricks up your sleeves.
What's the expected angle here? Some THF chonker, maybe relying on Blood Tribute to carry you through any encounter? What counters this - a caster of sorts? Some no-save, at-range means of damage? What kind of mobility do we have to work with at this level?
