There are a number of Pilipino players on Orien, but usually at odd hours. After the recent exodus, the population has increased who transferred from Ghallanda, Cannith, etc. Some have their own guilds, others are in non-specific geolocations (I've seen a few in DDO Korea guild and Angelsworn Chosen).

You could also try the DDO and Orien Discords to ask around.
