Anyway to Dismiss Rage as Non-Barb?

Anyway to prematurely end a rage as a non-Barb? Or is it until expiration for Non-Barbs?
I thought anytime you get the rage feature, regardless of source, you also get the 'dismiss rage' feature in your feat tab that you can drag to a hotbar. Is this no longer the case?

You do. Shifters get it, those who get rage via Fury get it.

Interesting, forgive my noobishness on this matter I play mostly casters and now ranged. Just trying to step my toes into the notty gritty of hardcore melee.

One more quesion: What are all the ways to extend rage apart from more Con. Are they all in the Occult Slayer line for Barb, what if I didn't have access to OS? Maybe some filigree trickery?

I know there was something I did recently that didn't get it...half orc?

Barbarian Rage, Shifter Rage, Druid Rage all grant dismiss rage feat. Half orcs don't get a rage ability.

Madstone rage from the quest or raid boots is about the only thing I can think of that would not allow you to dismiss it. But Madstone rage is a different type of rage all together, and is not dismissed by dismiss rage.

Even more Con.

Also, shifter has extend rage enhancements as well.

So the does he Barb Past Life: Berserker's Fury just give you one more rage on top of all the other rages or do you need to rest at a shrine to get it? what happens if you finish a adventure that's like resting? do you get it then? And is it a 'cheaper' rage since it lasts only 30 seconds or is it just like any other Barb rage?

The rage clicky last only 30 seconds and does not take into account any other enhancements what so ever. It also cannot be dismissed so you are unable to use any spells/clickies/certain potions while it is active. Nor can you enter a regular Barbarian rage. The reverse is possible however: Standard rage, then the clicky. Additionally, no extra uses will be granted by items that give extra rages.

Defensive fighting covers madstone dismissal.
