dont be shy to ask for some in trade/gen chat ... offer to trade something, but often players with huge stacks will just give em to you (since they rarely sell anymore)

hmm this is the year of the dragon I hope we have more legendary black, blue, green, white, etc dragon armor in our future. SSG make it so.

Nope, flawless dragon scales drop in epic, while normal ones drop in heroic.
(exception the thunderforge crafting has some dragon scales which are only used for that.)
