Chest ransack causing heartburn in hardcore

I finally got my bottle of smoke! It dropped on my second run after waiting a week.

For future reference:

"Gameplay" menu has checkbox for "Enable Detailed Chest Information"

The "party" chat displayed this:

(Loot): Chest Information:
Quest Name: The Home of Memory
Number of Times Looted: 2
Chest Ransack Resets In: 6 days 23 hours 45 minutes 51 seconds

Ransack needs to be looked at in general not just for HC. Either it has to go away faster or the drop rates have to be raised ( I wouldn't mind Reaper adding extra drop chance by the way, would give some extra incentive to run the quest on R in general).

Reaper already increasing drop rate
