Combat Expertise BUG (less AC)

I just checked on 3 of my toons Combat Expertise, and it produces less AC !!!
The loss is about 1% but as it seems the higher your AC the bigger your loss is. So it seems it bugs only abouve lvl 20 and/or using other AC boosts at the same time.
Can you also check and comment down below this if you using Combat Expertise?

1st toon lvl 20 (no mantle yet and got only 1st cores in SD, LD and MT)

• AC without Combt Expertise 122 and with 134. (Well ok it is 10%)

2nd toon lvl 32 (T5 Machrotechnic + all cores + mantle + Paragon guard augment set)

• AC without Combt Expertise 251 and with 270. This is 6 AC less (9,2%)

3rd toon Pally tank (T5 Unyielding Sentinel+ all cores + mantle)

• AC without Combt Expertise 300 and with 323. This is 7 AC less. (9,2%)

I think % bonuses may apply additively, not multiplicatively

If you already have, e.g., the 10% Exceptional bonus from T5 Sac Def (or the similar bonus on Paragon Guard), then 300 AC is really 272 base, and so Combat Expertise should only add 27, not 30. There might also be similar issues with Sac Def's percentile bonus to Shield and Armor AC, which could account for the rest.

I would see an ac bonus calculation format from devs or someone who has a proper formula
