I think we should utilize the land of the dead a bit better. Obviously this dimension is a bit of a throw-away, to drive home the fact that death means death. But what if I didn't? (Woahhh! Just kidding). But seriously - there should be some infrastructure in the land of the dead where dead residents have to group together - maybe in the form of some raid or very difficult challenge - to open a portal back to the land of the living. Or... maybe some form of cooperation between the lands of the living and the dead.
Maybe even just something "by-level," like... if some level 1 players in both the land of the living and the dead worked very hard together, they could free the level-1 dead world for the duration of the event, or something. Obviously the reward mechanics would be adjusted - perhaps this could be the most challenging Hardcore yet.
Anyway. That glowy purple death instance? It should have a couple cool buildings in it. Level 32 players should be encouraged to take the plunge into the death world for some final challenge, as well. Idk. Could be cool.
