Could someone at SSG flip the switch and start phase 3 of the event?

I don't know if it the time change. Or that it's the weekend. Or what. But it would be nice if someone could flip the switch for phase 3 of the event so we can spend our Sunday afternoon hunthing things down. Thx.

I think all the start times are more than 48 hours after the last one started so that people in different time zones around the world have a better chance to participate in the hunt.
