I equipped Steps Lens of Seeing in The Evil We Know. I see the dust chest under wreck but I can't get close enough to open. When I try to get closer, I just climb onto the wreck itself.

You have to stand at a very specific spot to get it. Keep trying, eventually you'll be close enough without having climbed and you'll be able to loot the chest. Needs tight movement, only lightly tapping your movement keys.

You may need to target it and then use your interact/use key rather than double clicking on it. But it is doable.

SSG should move that chest out from there. It's very much a pain to position correctly to get it even when you know what to do; I can easily spend a good minute or two just trying to get in location that plays nice each time.

If you sneak and crouch, you can easily open the chest.
