Dark Hunter Imbue Bleed the Weak isn't working for me.

Using TWF with daggers, in Vistani I am getting no effect from this Imbue at all versus any enemy.

What am I missing here?

I found this one weird as well. I figured out that the damage from bleed the weak is shown as piercing damage, not bleed damage.
But I wasn´t sure if it actually worked at all.

Did not like it either

but when i tested it by swinging one time, you had some number appear above

So instead of having it on same line it was on an other line,

was kind of confusing so i used an other imbue toggle, not sure if it added up , but then the wolf lost its imbue...
I was multiclassing and just went full tempest...

This is what confuses people.
Just like the new Ravager slashing damage.
TL;DR: Bludgeoning/Piercing/Slashing effects on your attacks that are NOT part of your basic attack (but are rather add-on effects), show up on a different "floating damage text" line than your normal attack does.

Also, as people above mentioned, there is no "Bleed" damage type in DDO, so this imbue actually deals Percing damage; the tooltip needs fixing.
