DCs in New Legendary Droam quests

So my group has been playing the new Legendary Droam quests on R10. One of the things we have noticed is the MUCH higher saves that the mobs have as compared to other R10 quests. We play 80-90% of all legendary quests on R10 each life and most of the time our casters and CC people have a fairly decent chance of success but not in these quests. From what we have been able to determine you will need DCs on you spells and tactics That are at least 140 to much of a chance of your spells landing.

I am wondering if any people have noticed this?

Stands to reason. Every time they add new/updated-to-legendary quests, the mobs get buffed.
