Bonus heroic or epic XP weekends does not apply to Otto’s. Bonus VIP weekend XP does apply to a Otto’s (assuming you’re VaiP).

Sovereign pot, Voice, ship XP, VIP regular and VIP weekend bonus XP all apply to Otto’s.

Resubbed VIP for this - not seeing it active in XP reports where I would expect to.

Can anyone confirm its actually on?

Edit: from running a quest, looks like VIP is indeed providing 25% xp, but its no longer mentioned in the xp sheet at all

The VIP bonus is definitely on and working at least on my server.
