Comparing the two is also a lot different considering the base of heroic and epic xp compared to reaper xp.

While true one also has to consider how much reaper xp is needed vs how much heroic xp / epic xp. The former indeed earns much less but also needs much less

Overall, yes. Not on a per-life basis though.

The way I see it 5% is better than 0%.
It does not cost anything and stakes with other bonuses.

Is it as good as some other bonuses we have seen, some will say no and other yes.
Does it hurt to say thank you? Even if you find other bonuses better you can both state your personal preference and say thank you at the same time.

EX: While I preferred the <insert favorite bonus> but I do want to the thank you for this one.

Maybe they are underwhelming up so that the birthday celebrations can whelm us.

Does anyone know how this is computed? I seem to be getting about half of the bonus if it's straight-up 5% like vip is.
