ddo devil assault arc has item deprevation and xp

Yeah, being an old quests (around 2008) one does not run it for the items or XP.
Pretty much tokens of the twelve are the only thing it has going for it.

Although there are a few good, low level, raid items from Chronoscope.

How's it bugged? It's only in public areas so I haven't really compared if I'm running faster than non-VIP out there but I see the effect in the combat log and on my +tab on the character sheet.
