DDO Points not awarded

Hello!

Was earning favor yesterday. The points are not showing in the store transactions. I noticed the store was down for most of the day yesterday. Were DDO points earned during that time not awarded?

I have a ticket in for missing VIP and DDO points that are magically delicious as well. Ticket # 333466

First off it is a very bad idea to post your account user name to forums such as this. I would suggest editing your post to remove it.

The store being down may be the cause. You can try submitting a ticket or just wait until the store problems have been fixed. Including your account name in the ticket is necessary and safe.

Is the problem fixed now that the store is open

I appear to be earning points again now that the store is up; just not from the stuff I did during the downtime.
