DDO Store is not work on my account. Support does nothing

I had not play DDO about 5 year. A few days ago i have try to enter buys some new pack's to play back in DDO. But ingame DDO store looks like grey window.

Other way to buy it - web DDO store at DDO.COM gives a message: "We're sorry, no payment methods are available for your Country and/or Currency. Please contact us at help.standingstonegames.com for more information on supported currencies." But why? I live in Ukraine, Kyiv area.

I have sent request with a lot of screenshots to support (https://help.standingstonegames.com) on Friday at 11:00 pm. Today i still have no any answer. Is support work at all? How much time may gone to answer this request?

I apologize for these circumstances and wish we could provide an alternative method for players in your situation, but if anything changes regarding this it will be posted on our News page."

But there is no information why i cant make Payments in Kyiv, Ukraine. Ant the same there is no information why i cant spend turbine points at DDO store.

Can some one (financial or management specialist) explain me real reason why i cant use my turbine points and why i cant use my VISA or Word Elite Master card?

i just bought a buncha points through steam and used some to get the 10th anniversary free to play bundle and got nothing in game.

Points were deducted and account history shows the purchase, but nada in game, do i have to go somewhere in game to redeem?

I am by no means an expert so apologize in advance if I'm giving out incorrect information as I'm not well informed but well intentioned towards getting you an answer.

As far as I can tell... this is due to the conflict in the region and the decision to block payments from said region was largely made by Xsolla, not Standing Stone Games/DDO. Xsolla is a 3rd party company that handles some of the financial transactions behind the scenes for the store.

Lotro article regarding the subject. Now, Lotro isn't DDO, but is under the Standing Stones Games umbrella. Also found posts like this one from reddit where xsolla was blocking ukraine purchases outright that was affecting numerous(all?) other platforms/games that Xsolla is involved with. There may of also be some previous conversation on this topic on the old forum(s), but google results show a different url than expected so I couldn't confirm at this time.

As far as why Xsolla did this... I couldn't find confirmation of their intent. Some believe its a political move, some think its due to its ties to Russia, some think government (not sure which one) intervention to ward against malicious trading in the area... but I failed to find anything concrete to back up any of those claims. Not saying it doesn't exist as they probably do, just I didn't find it.

I'll be honest, I'm not even sure how you managed to do this lol. I could've sworn you couldn't get ddo points through/with steam to begin with let alone purchase the bundle outside of the in game store. My recommendation is relaunch the game and if the items don't appear among your character, reach out to customer service. They're the only ones capable of fixing that, but the items from the bundle should be in the inventory of one of your characters. Likely the last one you logged onto.
