Any chance of Arcane Bolt / Blast being revamped?

-Improve blast area, while other AoE's appear to have a 40% greater radius.
-Increase base damage, as Necro Bolt/Blast does 1d6+5 vs Arcanes 1d6.
-Full metamagic support.

Further Idea's...
-Give an increased chance to trigger Arcane Supremacy @ rank 3.
-Lowering AP cost by 1, per rank.
-Perform Shatter Mantle on damage.

Dont know about the blast area but the damage for both bolt and blast was updated recently to 1d6+2 and 1d6+4 respectively.

Ignore - for some reason i thought i was in general discussion!
