So unlocking the new ED gets us one epic AP.

Would the three EPLs associated to it get us one more?

Technically there are no EPLs associated with Macrotechnic (they decoupled EDs from EPLs) but yes doing the 3 new martial past lives will get you one more

Aye, new max will be 75 DP it seems (not sure what will happen for those that had 74 before the update).

They'd be at 75 too. They might still have those bugged extra fate points, but it wouldn't be enough to push them to 76 yet.
