Flash Freeze should fire off even if I something behind me targetted

Simple thing.. .this is a burst affect around me thrown at my feet. it shouldn't tell me target not in range/etc .... just cast it

I get an out of range warning all the time when I summon monster.
I have to target myself for it to work. Frustrating, have to say "wait a sec" when everyone takes off and I'm still trying to call it.
I commiserate with you. :(
