Frame rate issue is not limited to changing areas

Apologies if this has been reported; I have not followed the news of this bug lately.

I logged in to the Reavers Refuge with ~100FPS. I opened and closed the enhancement tree multiple times and dropped to about 30 FPS. I reproduced this with Epic Destinies panel and Reaper Enhancement panel.

Yes, they have left the game in what any company would consider "unplayable state" for several days now.
